We are seeking a Senior Client Acquisition Manager with strong consulting skills to effectively understand the needs of our (potential) clients. He or she will play a key role in identifying opportunities, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring our services align perfectly with client requirements.
 
We help manufacturing companies see new growth opportunities, create new service business models and revenue streams that compete by offering high value-added services as outcomes, and transform companies and industries that adopt our proprietary Service Business Growth Model, enabled by our Service Industry Standards and enabled by our NOVA or AI-enabled Digital Service Transformation Centre.
 
As a Senior Client Acquisition Manager, you will identify and follow up on new client engagements, building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Understanding customer needs and offering our solutions and act as a consultant to help clients maximize value from our services.
 
Develop and maintain contact with top decision-makers at key clients, organize and lead pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process, and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies.
Services Innovation : You will work together with our marketing team by giving continuous feedback on the market needs, as well as participating in our Service Business Forum community activities, and develop new value propositions for the market. To achieve your targets, you will work closely with our senior consultants and partners, and you will use the firm's proprietary methods and digital service transformation platform.
Engagement Management : facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.

Minimum 5 years of measurable business development through consultative sales experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm.
Strong executive presence, including the ability to advise and influence at senior management level in multinational companies.
Practical experience with service sales and/or service management operations.
Financial analysis and business case development experience
Management consulting and/or solution implementation project experience with field service business, support centers, parts management, strategic service transformation, and digital services.
professional competence in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) with experience presenting to clients and important decision-makers
Understanding of AI and Digital transformation within the service industry with a solid understanding of the vendor landscape
