pThe supply chain manager will oversee and optimise logistics and supply chain processes and manage 10 FTE. This position is based in Tilburg and is ideal for individuals with a strong background in logistics and supply chain management. /p pbClient Details /b /p pWe are a medium-sized dynamic organisation with 40 employees. 10 FTE are in the warehouse which you will manage. Our company is established in Italy and has grown since then to a global company. We are focused on central/north Europe. /p pbDescription /b /p pAs supply chain manager you: /p ul liPlan, manage and oversee daily logistics operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy. /li liDevelop and implement strategies to optimise supply chain processes. /li liMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure availability of materials. /li liSupervise and motivate the logistics team (10FTE) to achieve operational goals. /li liEnsure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. /li liCollaborate with suppliers and clients to ensure smooth logistics operations. /li liAnalyse logistics data and produce performance reports for management. /li liIdentify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity. /li liDevelop capacity and production planning. /li /ul pbProfile /b /p pA successful supply chain manager should have: /p ul liProven experience in logistics and supply chain management. /li liStrong problem-solving, analytical and organisational skills. /li liFlexibel and able to work in a highly dynamic work environment. /li liProficiency in MS Dynamics is a pré. /li liFluency in English, both written and spoken. /li liAbility to lead and manage a team of 10 FTE effectively. /li /ul pbJob Offer /b /p pWe offer you: /p ul liA competitive salary range of €58,000
