INSIGHTS GLOBAL (IG) is a market intelligence and tech company specialized in the energy and bulk chemical markets and industries. We operate on a global level, while our HQ is based in Breda, the Netherlands.
 
Our activities are aimed at supporting players in making intelligent decisions by providing insights via valuable data, tools, analytics, advice and knowledge. We are a very ambitious and growing company and have invested heavily in product development. The role of the operations team at IG is to deliver products and services that are valuable to our clients and exceed customer expectations. Important aspects in this respect are quality, reliability, accuracy, timeliness, and costs. The operations team is expected to handle the delivery in an organized, effective and efficient manner and needs to cope with variations in workload and demanding deadlines. The team therefore needs to be comprised of skilled employees with a flexible and do-what-it-takes mentality.

Working in collaboration with the Research & Consultancy Manager and the other analysts in the team, you will fulfil the following duties and responsibilities:
 
Be responsible for the data gathering, data analysis and reporting on markets covered by IG.
Actively participate to become a back-up of other analysts in the team to broaden the insight of (related) markets.
Assist in preparing quantitative and qualitative data into information for external and internal projects.
You will report to the Research & Consultancy Manager.
 
Experience in a high-performance, service-based, client-focused organization with a B2B operations team.
~ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Engineering or Business Administration.
~ Strong communication skills in English and preferably German, both verbal and written. In addition, fluency in Dutch is also required.
~ Able to establish and foster business relationships with informants and external research panel members.
