YOUR ROLE
Are you ready to make an impact in the beauty industry? As a Sales Representative, you are the face of ghd, owning the day-to-day relationships with existing salons and you are responsible for successfully onboarding new salon partners. Based in Noord-Brabant region, you'll empower salon professionals, expand our presence, and fuel sales growth with cutting-edge tech-beauty tools.
What You'll Do:
Be the Face of ghd. Spend 90% of your time visiting salons, building relationships, and helping them grow their business with ghd. Introduce new products, promote existing ranges, and educate salons on retailing and social media strategies. 10% administrative work.
Drive Sales & Strategy:
Exceed KPIs and grow your client base by converting leads into loyal partners.
Implement ghd's brand strategy in salons, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our high standards.
Analyze your territory's potential and develop a roadmap to success.
Collaborate & Innovate:
Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Education teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Participate in promotional activities and events to boost brand visibility and awareness.
Work Smart:
Manage your own schedule, track performance, and report on progress weekly.
Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid role: 90% in the field, 10% working from home.
PROFILE
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Experience: 2-3 years in (B2B) sales role, ideally in the beauty industry.
- Skills: Strong communication and ownership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Mindset: You're entrepreneurial, adaptable, and ready to take ownership of your territory.
- Passion: A love for beauty and a drive to help salons shine with ghd products.
- You speak fluently English and Dutch
- Full Driving License: Possess a valid and unrestricted driving license.
