We're looking for an elite B2B content creator + automation expert who understands how to build high-impact LinkedIn content while setting up scalable automation workflows.

You will be responsible for global content strategy of Jan van Schuppen's Personal Brand (.com), his companies, and their clients.

This is not just a content role. You need to be able to think in systems, automate processes, and execute with precision.

Your job is 80% content execution (creation + publishing) and 20% automation setup, ensuring our content workflows, AI-driven branding, and lead generation run efficiently.

Who You Are

Native or Fluent English speaker with 3+ years of B2B LinkedIn content experience

Strong background in sales, AI-driven marketing, and personal branding

Proven ability to execute, not just strategize—this is hands-on

Experience with AI avatars, automated content pipelines, and workflow optimization

Deep knowledge of HubSpot, Make.com, and HeyGen

Strong eye for performance-driven content, engagement metrics, and conversions

You'll work in a Team with an Automation specialist, a lead Designer, 2 video editors, a Community Manager and more.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Content Creation & Publishing (80%)

  • Create and publish B2B LinkedIn content aligned with 's modular strategy
  • Follow a structured workflow—LinkedIn first, then repurpose for X, YouTube, IG
  • Use HeyGen avatars to generate AI-driven video content
  • Optimize content formats (text posts, AI videos, carousels, micro-content)
  • Track performance via HubSpot & Mighty Networks for engagement insights

2. Automation & Workflow Setup (20%)

  • Set up LinkedIn content automation via Make.com + HubSpot
  • Automate repurposing workflows from LinkedIn to IG, X, YouTube
  • Use HeyGen API to scale avatar content production
  • Integrate ScoreApp for automated lead generation from content
  • Optimize content analytics dashboards in HubSpot
  • Build a structured handover flow for automation processes.
