Information Security Officer
As the Information Security Officer (CISO) at nexxbiz you play a critical role in ensuring and enhancing customer trust by leading the company's security program. You are responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining security policies, certifications, and risk management strategies that protect sensitive personal and financial data. You act as the primary representative on information security matters and drive continuous improvements to the company's security posture.

With your colleagues form the Infrastructure & Security Operations team you work on increasing our security and resilience. Increasing security awareness. Strong knowledge of information security frameworks, regulations, and best practices, particularly ISO 27001, 22301, 9001, and ISAE 3401.
Experience in risk assessment, business impact analysis, and security governance.
Technical expertise in security architecture, SecOps, and risk mitigation strategies.
In addition to conceptual and analytic thinking, you also know how to realize it.
you know how to adapt quickly to the culture, and you are part of the team.
You have a bachelor's or master's degree (HBO/WO) in a technical discipline, preferably in Information Technology.
You know how to translate both problems and strategic issues into IT solution directions and can engage in building/configuring it.
You are a team player. You know how to encourage and inspire your team.
Preferable IT Experience
Strong understanding of Microsoft and Cloud-Native security solutions, including Azure security best practices, Cloud Native Application Security Best Practices, and Networking Essentials.
Familiarity with Microsoft security certifications, such as AZ-500 (Microsoft Azure Security Technologies) or SC-100 (Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect), is a plus.
Expert level – English (spoken/written)
Expert level – Dutch (spoken/written)
Permanent Dutch Residence and Work Permit
Living in a 100 km radius from Utrecht
