Junior planner

Are you passionate about supply chain management and eager to contribute to global clinical trials? If so, this Junior Global Study Planner role is the perfect opportunity for you.

You will be working at a leading international pharmaceutical company responsible for ensuring the availability of medication for clinical trials worldwide. The supply chain department plays a critical role in this process, covering clinical trial setup, customer service, and planning.

As a Junior Global Study Planner, you will support experienced planners in securing medication supplies for global clinical studies. Over time, you will be trained to manage less complex studies independently. Supporting planning meetings to ensure project needs, priorities, and timelines are met;
Collaborating with clinical study teams, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure seamless supply chain processes;
Coordinating labeling, packaging, and shipment of clinical supplies;
Utilizing systems and data to effectively manage product and project activities;
You are detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics or Business Administration;
Fluency in English (Dutch is a bonus);
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferably SAP);
Ability to work in a highly regulated environment and apply training quickly in practice.
