L’Ispettore ATEX è responsabile di verificare la conformità degli impianti, apparecchiature e installazioni elettriche e meccaniche destinate a operare in atmosfere potenzialmente esplosive (ATEX) , in conformità alle Direttive Europee 2014/34/EU (ATEX 114) e 1999/92/CE (ATEX 153) .
Nel settore Oil & Gas, la figura garantisce che le installazioni onshore e offshore rispettino i requisiti di sicurezza, prevenendo rischi di esplosione e garantendo la continuità operativa in conformità agli standard internazionali.
Responsabilità principali:
Eseguire ispezioni e audit tecnici ATEX su apparecchiature elettriche e meccaniche in zone classificate (Zone 0, 1, 2, 20, 21, 22).
Verificare la conformità delle apparecchiature ai certificati e alla documentazione tecnica (certificati di conformità, marcature Ex, manuali, disegni, ecc.).
Effettuare controlli visivi, ravvicinati e dettagliati su installazioni elettriche e meccaniche.
Redigere report di ispezione e documentazione tecnica secondo le normative IEC/EN 60079 e standard di riferimento (IECEx, API, ISO).
Collaborare con i reparti di manutenzione e sicurezza per garantire la corretta gestione delle apparecchiature Ex.
Partecipare a verifiche periodiche e audit interni/esterni sulla conformità ATEX.
Fornire supporto tecnico e formazione al personale operativo e di manutenzione.
Requisiti richiesti:
Disponibilità da GENNAIO 2026
Diploma tecnico o laurea in ingegneria elettrica, elettronica, meccanica o equivalente.
Esperienza di almeno 3–5 anni nel settore Oil & Gas , preferibilmente in ruoli di ispezione, manutenzione o HSE.
Certificazione CompEx, IECEx o equivalente (es. Ex01–Ex04) costituisce titolo preferenziale.
Conoscenza approfondita delle Direttive ATEX e degli standard IEC/EN 60079 .
Capacità di interpretare schemi elettrici, disegni tecnici e documentazione Ex .
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese tecnica (scritta e parlata).
Disponibilità a trasferte nazionali e internazionali (onshore/offshore).
Attenzione ai dettagli, capacità analitica e orientamento alla sicurezza.
