Als Club/Operations Manager bij SwimGym ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van het zwembad en voor de planning van het personeel- en klanten rooster. Commerciële aansturing van personal training, het onderhouden van klantcontact en ondersteuning bieden aan onze front desk en back office maakt deze functie divers en uitdagend.

Je stuurt het team aan met betrekking tot de netheid en hygiëne van de accommodatie en zorgt dat operationele protocollen en processen vlekkeloos verlopen en gedocumenteerd worden. Als eerste contactpersoon bij storingen en defecten, zorg je voor een snelle oplossing middels nauwe samenwerking met de technische dienst of onderhoudspartijen.

Je bent eerste contactpersoon bij ziekmeldingen en roosterwijzigingen, waarbij je zorg draagt voor een (pro-actieve) backup planning van personeel zodat onze zwemactiviteiten te allen tijde door kunnen gaan.

Je coördineert aanvragen en planningen van nieuwe personal training klanten en stuurt op de commerciële doelstelling en optimalisatie van de personal training capaciteit. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met de Teammanager Coaching.

Jouw operationele denk- en slagkracht zet je ook in bij het ondersteunen van front- en backoffice processen. Echter vind je het net zo leuk om cijfers te analyseren om de operatie verder te optimaliseren en commerciële kansen te ontdekken. De functie vereist flexibiliteit daar je het eerste aanspreekpunt bent voor het team en SwimGym zeven dagen per week geopend is.
