Now, we're looking for a visionary Director of Finance to step in the organisation's global financial health and help shape the future of humanitarian safety. This is not your typical finance job. What You Will Lead As our Director of Finance, you will: Drive INSO's global financial strategy and long-term sustainability Lead two HQ-based teams (Finance Operations & FP&A) Shape policies, systems, and forecasting tools across 24 countries Partner with global donors (ECHO, FCDO, USAID, UN, SDC, & more) Influence strategic decisions as a member of the Senior Management Team Build a culture of trust, stewardship, and cross-country financial excellence What You Bring We're looking for someone who has: 10+ years leading finance teams (HQ/regional level preferred) Strong experience with institutional donors A track record of building and improving financial systems Fluency in English A master's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business + professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, etc.) A leadership style rooted in integrity, clarity, and collaboration Bonus points if you bring: French/Spanish/Arabic, Dutch GAAP experience, or ERP implementation expertise.
