Essential Skills:

  • SAP PM Expertise: Over 10 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), encompassing both functional and technical aspects.
  • S/4 HANA Knowledge: In-depth understanding of S/4 HANA and its integration with SAP PM.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work closely with technical consultants, ABAP developers, and other functional consultants to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Configuration & Customization: Extensive experience in configuring SAP PM modules to align with specific business requirements and implementing custom solutions.
  • Blueprint Development: Proficiency in writing detailed blueprints and functional mapping to SAP applications.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Skilled in facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to address issues and ensure seamless integration.
  • Testing & Validation: Experience in conducting thorough testing and validation to ensure smooth transition of functionalities from legacy systems to new implementations.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and collaborate with various functional consultants and key users from modules like MM, FI, and Authorizations.
  • Custom Development Understanding: Basic knowledge of ABAP programming to troubleshoot and understand custom code related to SAP PM.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing) to effectively communicate with stakeholders in multinational environments.

Desirable Skills:

  • Integration Knowledge: Strong understanding of integrating SAP PM with other SAP modules, such as MM and FI.
  • Process Documentation: Experience in performing functional gap analysis and process documentation to optimize business processes.
  • Incident and Change Management: Ability to address incident and change requests, ensuring continuous improvement and system optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation & Support: Lead the implementation and support of SAP PM, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Business Process Analysis: Analyze complex business process requirements and design appropriate system solutions.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and map them to SAP PM functionalities.
  • System Configuration: Configure and adapt settings in the SAP PM system to meet evolving business needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Testing & Transition: Oversee testing phases and ensure a seamless transition from old systems to new SAP PM functionalities.
