Client Development Analyst

In this role, you will provide hands-on business development and content creation support to the Boards, CEO Practice and consultants across the EMEA region. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and consultants to pursue various business opportunities.
Job Profile for Client Development Analyst (Boards & CEO)
Develop a solid understanding of the relevant industry/market for board and CEO related engagements, including specific information regarding the "value proposition" (differentiation, competitive landscape, strengths, and weaknesses)
Assist with intellectual capital production: working in partnership with the Data and Marketing teams to generate comprehensive, data-driven insights that highlight important trends and support strategic decision-making for clients in the areas of leadership and governance
Respond to content queries received from consultants and teams and deliver resources that prepare them for success
Help maintain tools and systems to assist in centralising and organising business development materials, including tailored presentations, drafting proposal letters, and the likes
Take ownership of the team's content management
Manage and review the weekly Practice newsletter featuring new bookings, placements and pipeline, and relevant internal and external news to the Practice
Track daily changes in CEO and board composition, follow stock exchange press releases, competitive intelligence, company updates, and update the corresponding mapping
Candidate Profile for Client Development Analyst (Boards & CEO)
~ Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
~ An undergraduate degree is mandatory
~2+ years of full-time experience, ideally in professional services or consulting firm
~ Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
~ Advanced research, analysis, and synthesis skills
~ Experience contributing to major research efforts that include analyses of business and industry trends
~ Become part of a dynamic team in a highly international working environment
