Procurement Strategy

As a Supply Planning Manager , you will lead a dynamic team, drive operational excellence, and optimize supply chain processes. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth demand and supply operations, improving planning capabilities, and fostering collaboration across departments.

Team Leadership & Development: Guide and mentor the Planning team, enhancing their planning skills and ensuring agile support for both strategic and operational needs.

~ Performance & Risk Management: Track key supply chain metrics, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.

~ Identify gaps in demand and supply operations, set best-practice standards, and support the team in meeting performance targets.

~ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and key suppliers to strengthen alignment and ensure a seamless supply chain.

~ Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support broader supply chain development efforts in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Experience & Education: 2–3+ years of experience in supply chain management, backed by a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.

~ Supply Chain Expertise: Strong background in demand planning, inventory control, and order management within a commercial environment.

~ Hands-on experience with ERP and planning software, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.

~ Languages: Proficiency in French and English is required.
