In de rol van Industrial Quality Manager word je verantwoordelijk voor het verder standaardiseren van kwaliteitsprocedures en methodologgieën binnen de regio Centraal Europa. Hierbij coördineer je de kwaliteitsteams in de fabrieken Beuningen, Oldenzaal en Steenbergen en bevorder je een kwaliteitscultuur met correcte zorg voor de naleving van actieplannen.

Wat ga je doen als Industrial Quality Manager?

  • Je houdt toezicht op kwaliteitscontroleplannen in de fabrieken, waarbij de effectiviteit van de processen wordt gewaarborgd.
  • Je monitort de kwaliteits-KPI's in de fabrieken en identificeer gebieden ter verbetering.
  • Je werkt samen aan de voorbereiding en herziening van de benodigde documentatie voor IFS- en BRC-kwaliteitscertificeringen, waarbij de naleving van processen wordt gewaarborgd.
  • Je hebt een nauwe samenwerking met de R&D-afdeling bij de ontwikkeling van nieuwe producten, waarbij ervoor wordt gezorgd dat ze voldoen aan kwaliteitsnormen en toepasselijke regelgeving.
  • Je beheert en coordineert het team Regulatory Affairs en Product Labelling, waarbij de naleving van etiketteringsregels en productdocumentatie wordt gewaarborgd.
  • Je houdt toezicht op het kwaliteitsmanagement van klanten, waarbij een goede communicatie wordt onderhouden en kwaliteitsgerelateerde incidenten worden opgelost.
  • Je evalueert leveranciers op hun kwaliteit van de aangeleverde grondstoffen.
  • Je rapporteert over belangrijke prestatie-indicatoren, waarbij bevindingen aan het senior management worden gepresenteerd voor strategische besluitvorming.

Wat neem je mee?

  • Een Master opleiding in de richting van Chemie, Voedingswetenschappen of iets dergelijks met daarbij minimaal 5-6 jaar ervaring in vergelijkbare functies.
  • Beheersing van het Engels en Nederlands op C1-niveau; Spaans is een pluspunt.
  • Internationale ervaring in kwaliteitsmanagement in verschillende landen, bij voorkeur in multiculturele omgevingen.
  • Kennis en ervaring in projectmanagement, met een focus op LEAN- en AGILE-methodologieën.
  • Essentiële kennis en ervaring in GFSI-normen, specifiek BRC en IFS.
  • Ervaring in leveranciersbeheer en het afhandelen van incidenten en klachten is waardevol.
  • Vermogen om een technisch kwaliteits team te leiden en te beheren dat zich in de fabrieken van Centraal Europa bevindt.
  • Bereidheid om te reizen (60-65%).

We werken met de CAO voor het Bakkersbedrijf, daarnaast hebben we verschillende arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals:

  • Een salaris wat kan oplopen tot 95K-100K bruto per jaar afhankelijk van jouw ervaring.
  • Een collectieve ziektekostenregeling.
  • Een pensioenregeling (1/3-deel werknemer).
  • Een goede reiskostenregeling van 0,23 cent per km vanaf 10 km.
  • 25 vakantiedagen plus 5 ADV bij een werkweek van 40 uur.
  • De mogelijkheid tot een leaseauto.
