What it is about Salfio is an always-on AI assistant that gives agency leaders a live, accurate pulse on every client account - so they can spot risks, catch upsells, improve client relationships and grow revenue without being in every meeting. Client retention determines how big an agency can become and that's exactly what we help agencies with - improving retention via better customer relationships and communication. We’re starting with agencies and consultancies that work on high-value retainers, where one missed red flag or upsell opportunity can cost tens of thousands a year. Salfio connects to the tools agencies already use (emails, video-call transcribers, slacks, CRM) and automatically: Tracks client sentiment over time Summarizes the last 30 days of interactions Flags churn risks and upsell opportunities Helps to coach team members and improve agency communication flows Keeps leadership in the loop without adding work for the team Right now, leadership often has to guess what’s happening in accounts they don’t touch daily. Salfio will change that. What we have already Working MVP (built on Golang), being tested by several agencies Validation from 25+ agencies, interest in pilots Product vision and roadmap based customer interviews First investor conversations Who I'm looking for An experienced software builder with 5+ years of experience, already living in the Netherlands . You want to be a technical co-founder, build from 0 → 1 and push the boundaries what we can do with AI.
