Account Manager

We're on the lookout for an experienced Account Manager to join our team and work closely with a global beverages brand, suppliers, and internal teams. Your role will be all about making sure projects run smoothly, delivering top-notch service, and ensuring everything meets business targets.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and specs are met.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Offering technical advice on print and branded merchandise projects.
  • Bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table.
  • Briefing suppliers and keeping them aligned with client needs.
  • Monitoring project progress to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Using company tools to track activity and keep everything organised.
  • Working with internal teams to develop and implement new processes.
  • Handling budgets, ensuring profitability, and meeting KPIs and SLAs.
  • Attending off-site meetings and press passes when needed.
  • Identifying new business opportunities with trade marketing teams.
  • Ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies.
  • Measuring customer satisfaction and taking action to improve where needed.

What You Bring

  • Strong account management experience, ideally in a fast-paced, contract-based environment.
  • Previous experience in branded premiums, barware, or POS marketing is a big plus.
  • Solid background in print and digital solutions, including campaign management.
  • A knack for troubleshooting unexpected project challenges.
  • Experience in leadership or team management is a bonus.
  • Great time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a strong commercial understanding.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with clients and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Apps is helpful.
