We are looking for a NetSuite Systems Owner / Administrator to take full ownership of our clients NetSuite ERP system , ensuring its effective operation, continuous improvement, and integration with other business applications. This role requires a strong functional understanding of NetSuite, a hands-on approach to system management, and the ability to work closely with finance and operational teams to optimize business processes.

Manage integrations with third-party applications such as Pleo and other finance/operations tools.
Support system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements , collaborating with internal teams and external consultants as needed.
Provide technical support and training to users, ensuring best practices and system efficiency.
Work closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to streamline processes and ensure data integrity.
Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user training.

Strong understanding of NetSuite Financials and core ERP functionalities.
Familiarity with financial processes, reporting, and business applications .
Experience in project management and working with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills in English and German preferably.
