Our client, a fast-growing global fund services firm , is seeking a Senior Vice President – Sales to drive enterprise-level business development, strengthen client relationships, and expand market presence across the Netherlands and the broader European region. You will be at the forefront of a firm transforming fund administration, providing cutting-edge solutions to private equity firms, hedge funds, and alternative asset managers — a true opportunity to make your mark on a growing European market. The Role As SVP Sales – Fund Administration , you will: Lead business development efforts, targeting top-tier GPs, LPs, and institutional investors across the Netherlands and Europe. Drive strategic client relationships , acting as a trusted advisor on fund operations, reporting, and administration solutions. Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Client Services to design tailored, innovative solutions for complex fund structures. Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing enterprise-level deals. Identify market trends, competitive opportunities, and new verticals to expand revenue and market share. Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums, elevating its brand in the European fund administration space. What We’re Looking For Proven enterprise sales experience in fund administration, private equity services, or alternative investment solutions. Deep understanding of fund structures, NAV reporting, investor relations, and regulatory frameworks in Europe. Strong existing network of institutional clients and decision-makers in the Netherlands and EU. Track record of closing large, complex deals and exceeding sales targets. Strategic thinker, with the ability to identify opportunities, influence senior stakeholders, and drive growth. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and comfortable leading in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
