Our logistics services allow our customers to transport exactly what they want, when they want, in a cost effective way. /ppTo support our continued growth and digital transformation, we are expanding our software development team with a Web Developer. In this role, you will join our software development department of 35 professionals covering analysis, development, and testing. The team is highly autonomous and works closely with Product Owners to build in house, business driven applications. /ppOur architecture is Angular, API first, cloud native, and centered around Microsoft Azure, with Apigee for API management and Okta for identity and access management. Knowledge of WEB design is highly valued. /ppTo be successful as a WEB developer, you are analytical, technically strong, and comfortable translating business requirements into robust, secure, and scalable software solutions. /ph3What will you do? /h3ulliDevelop and maintain scalable web applications using modern front end (Angular) and back end (Dotnet) technologies within Azure /liliWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards /liliCollaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces /liliOptimize applications for maximum speed and scalability /liliImplement security and data protection measures /liliParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members /liliWrite and maintain technical documentation /li /ulh3What do we expect from you? /h3ulliBachelor's or master's degree in an Informatics or IT related field /liliProven experience as a WEB developer /liliStrong proficiency in front end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks (Angular preferred, React or Vue.js) /liliExperience with Agile development methodologies /liliExperience with version control systems (Git) /liliKnowledge of web security best practices and OWASP guidelines /liliGood command of the English language (spoken and written) /liliCurrently living in The Netherlands within commuting distance of Haarlem /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliExperience with cloud platforms (Azure) /liliExperience with CI/CD pipelines /liliExperience with testing frameworks and TDD /liliKnowledge of TypeScript /li /ulh3How does the process work? /h3pThroughout September and October, we will review and shortlist potential candidates.
