Henderson Drake is recruiting on behalf of a leading boutique OneStream partner that has built a strong reputation across Europe for high-quality delivery, exceptional culture, and long-term consultant development. Due to continued growth and major project wins, they are expanding their Netherlands team and are looking for a Senior OneStream Planning Consultant. This is a senior, hands-on delivery role for someone who wants real ownership across planning and forecasting engagements, exposure to enterprise-level programmes, and a clear long-term career path within the OneStream ecosystem. The Opportunity You will take a lead role across end-to-end OneStream planning and forecasting implementations, working closely with enterprise clients across the region. You will act as a trusted advisor to finance teams while also supporting and mentoring junior consultants. This is a role built for people who want autonomy, technical ownership, and the chance to work on complex, high-impact FP&A programmes without sacrificing balance or culture. What You'll Be Doing (Core Responsibilities) Lead full-cycle OneStream planning and forecasting implementations from design through to deployment. Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients across FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and modelling. Translate complex financial processes into scalable, best-practice OneStream solutions. Lead workshops, gather requirements, and design solution architecture. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal best practices and delivery standards. Work closely with both technical and functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes. What They're Looking For 3–5+ years of hands-on OneStream experience, ideally within planning, forecasting, or budgeting. Strong understanding of FP&A processes, budgeting cycles, and financial modelling. Experience leading workshops and owning solution design. A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in professional development. Strong communication skills in either Dutch or English. Dutch is advantageous but not essential.
