Currently, we provide football, F1 and other sports fans across 12+ countries with fully curated travel packages. As the market leader in Europe within our niche, we offer one-stop-shop booking solutions that combine flights, accommodations, and event ticket-all in one package.

About the role

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking to make an impact in a fast-growing international company? As a Senior Financial Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and accurate financial administration across multiple European entities. Working closely with a finance colleague and reporting directly to the CFO, you will not only manage day-to-day financial processes but also contribute to automation, AI-driven efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank transactions in collaboration with your finance colleague.
  • Ensure seamless data imports/exports and invoice processing between various systems.
  • Manage journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and monthly closings (VAT, ICP filings).
  • Support annual closings and the external audit process , ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Identify and implement process automation, AI-driven efficiencies, and workflow improvements .
  • Perform various financial and administrative tasks , proactively improving internal procedures.

What we're looking for:

  • Education: MBO/HBO (associate/bachelor's level) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in financial administration, ideally in an international Dutch based SME
  • Tech-savvy mindset: Experience with financial software (Exact Online is a plus) and strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, automation).
  • Proactive & independent: You take ownership, problem-solve, and strive for continuous improvement.
  • Language: Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English .
  • This is a full-time position; however, part-time arrangements might also be discussed.
