JOB PURPOSE

In today's world, the threat of cyber-attacks and data breaches is increasing at an alarming rate. Every organization, regardless of its size, industry, or geographic location, is vulnerable to these attacks. Schoeller Allibert has prioritized their security program as part of their governance and operations. To further enhance & facilitate this program, we are looking for an Information Security specialist that can support our Security department during our journey of maturity.

YOUR JOB

Specifically, we would expect you to deliver:

Cloud Security:

  • Design, implement, and maintain secure cloud configurations across our cloud platforms.
  • Conduct regular cloud security assessments and vulnerability management.
  • Ensure compliance with cloud security best practices and frameworks such as CIS, NIST, and ISO 27001.
  • Monitor and respond to cloud security incidents and threats.

Application & API Security

  • Perform security checks on applications/web applications to identify vulnerabilities, misconfigurations and security weaknesses following OWASP framework.
  • Conduct security assessments of APIs and application integrations.
  • Communicate security risks & remedial recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholder.

Security Audits and Compliance

  • Perform internal security audits to assess adherence to policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate all the tasks required for the ISMS controls.
  • Support external audits and compliance assessments as required for ISO 27001 & NIST

Coordination of Security Projects

  • Manage and coordinate information security projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with IT, OT, risk, and compliance teams to implement security initiatives, tools, and controls.
  • Ensure documentation, reporting, and stakeholder updates on project progress and challenges.

Coordinate the annual Pentest & Fire drill with vendors

Continuous improvements by keeping an eye out on latest developments in the ecosystem

COLLABORATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

Security Incident Management Support

  • Act as the secondary point of contact for handling security incidents, including detection, triage, investigation, and resolution.
  • Coordinate with different resolver groups (e.g., IT operations, applications, third-party vendors) to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and implement post-incident improvements to prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain incident documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders as needed.

Vulnerability Management

  • Perform vulnerability scans, analyze reports, and prioritize remediation efforts.
  • Track and manage security vulnerabilities across networks, applications, and systems.
  • Work with IT teams to remediate security vulnerabilities in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices.
  • Develop metrics and reports on vulnerability status and remediation progress.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Cybersecurity & Risk Management: Strong understanding of threats, risks, and security principles.
  • Security Tools & Frameworks: Experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, NIST, ISO 27001, OWASP.
  • Cloud & Application Security: Hands-on experience with cloud security, endpoint security, and secure application frameworks.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of networking, systems (Windows, Linux, Mac), scripting, and automation.
  • Incident & Vulnerability Management: Experience with incident response (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, SANS), TPRM, security training, and remediation.
  • Certifications (Preferred): CCSP, CISM, CISSP, GWAPT, CEH.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in security projects, compliance, and vendor risk assessment.
  • Operational Technology: Experience is a plus.
