ECM/DBA Consultant

Overview of the role and what our client requires:

As an experienced ECM/DBA Consultant, you are responsible for one or more projects. You act for our clients as an architect, solution designer, or consultant. The aim of the position is to make a good translation between customer wishes, technology and realization. In addition, you are able to (co-)manage a project team or lead an internal "competence centre".

The ECM Consultant develops and implements projects and assists colleagues in doing so. You also have an active attitude towards noticing new opportunities for the organization, both on the commercial level (opportunities with existing and new customers) and on the personnel level (possible new colleagues).

The ECM Consultant supports the management with his/her experience and knowledge. You report to the Managing Consultant.

What do we ask of you to work as an ECM/DBA Consultant?

Job requirements

- A completed, relevant HBO or WO education

- 3 or more years of relevant work experience as an ECM or BPM Consultant.

- Dutch, very good communication skills in Dutch and English, oral and written.

- Good team player, and also able to work independently

- "Roll up your sleeves" mentality, hard worker

Technical knowledge

- Overall knowledge and experience with ECM, BAW, BPM/DBA

- Preferably knowledge of and experience with one or more of the following products:

  • IBM FileNet P8 (CM, PM, BPM, BPF, ICM, ICC),
  • IBM DBA, IBM CP4Aut or IBM BPM
  • Datacap (Insight),
  • Watson
  • RPA
