For our R&D Operations & Facilities department in Boxmeer, we are looking for a R&D GLP Coordinator
Welcome to our team
With around 250 employees, our Biological Research team discovers and develops innovative vaccines and biopharmaceuticals for a wide variety of animals worldwide. The Operations & Facilities (O&F) team plays a vital role in enabling R&D progress. You will join Operations & Facilities, where we foster a positive, results-oriented team culture. Our team comprises roughly 30 colleagues who work daily to ensure R&D operates efficiently, compliantly, and safely.
As a GLP Coordinator, you ensure that our R&D department operates according to GxP standards and protocols. You are an approachable knowledge bearer who supports R&D colleagues by coordinating operational GLP tasks. You enjoy sharing your expertise through training and instructions and introducing new colleagues to GLP within our R&D department. Serve as the central point of contact for all GxP and quality matters within the R&D department.
Translate and implement GLP and quality standards and protocols to ensure regulatory compliance.
Represent the department in interactions with R&D Quality Assurance (QA).
Provide GLP training and onboarding for new employees.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., A minimum of 1–3 years of relevant experience in a laboratory environment, preferably in a quality-focused role.
Strong understanding of laboratory environment, maintenance practices, and quality assurance standards.
Proficiency in Dutch and English necessary, both spoken and written.
Numerous training, coaching and e-learning modules for long term job opportunities and development.
