Package: €140,000 - €180,000 + bonus

Finatal is retained by a Tier 1 PE-backed global digital marketplace (€2BN revenue) seeking a strategic, high-impact Finance Operations Director.

The Role

As Global Finance Operations Director, you will be at the heart of a global finance transformation, spearheading initiatives to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive cost savings. You will take ownership of the RTR, PTP, and OTC functions, ensuring they are seamless, scalable, and aligned with international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and lead the Finance Transformation initiatives to meet cost reduction, process improvement, and working capital improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the RTR, OTC, and PTP process landscape, ensuring alignment with global accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and Target Operating Model.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and communicate a strategic vision for the FinOps processes aligned with organizational goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, timeliness, and compliance within the FinOps process.
  • Leadership to cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture to ensure consistency and alignment in process execution within Markets and our BPO Partner.
  • Collaborate with IT and Finance Systems teams to leverage technology solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FinOps processes.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, etc.) with post-qualified experience - We will consider candidates who are qualified by experience.
