Als Technical Trainer bij Alfen speel je een essentiële rol in het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van trainingsprogramma’s voor zowel interne als externe stakeholders. Ontwikkelen en implementeren van Alfen’s Service Training Programma en -strategie.
Analyseren van vaardigheidslacunes en het ontwikkelen van trainingen om deze te overbruggen.
Ontwerpen van trainingsmodules in diverse vormen: online, on-site en hands-on product trainingen.
Samenwerken met het Quality en Health & Safety team om te zorgen voor naleving van veiligheidsnormen.
Opzetten van structuren, processen en systemen ter ondersteuning van training en kennisdeling.
Invoeren van een certificeringsproces voor interne en externe professionals.
Commerciële kansen identificeren en een strategie ontwikkelen om training als dienst aan te bieden.
Samenwerken met het Sales-team om training commercieel te positioneren en klantgericht te ontwikkelen.
Voor een goede match zoeken we een technisch onderlegde professional met een strategische blik en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. Minimaal een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in Engineering, Power Electronics of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied.
Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een technische omgeving.
Ervaring met het ontwikkelen en geven van trainingen voor verschillende niveaus.
Vermogen om een visie te ontwikkelen en kansen te signaleren voor de commercialisering van training.
Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel in woord als in geschrift.
