Location: Rotterdam Contract: 6 months (extension possible) Hours: 40 hours per week Industry: Chemicals / Manufacturing Position: In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service and smooth order-to-cash processes while collaborating closely with Planning, Sales, and Supply Chain teams. If you are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to work in an international environment, this is the opportunity for you Responsibilities: Deliver the highest quality service to customers, handling requests promptly and professionally to build long-term value and increase satisfaction. Continuously improve knowledge of procedures, quality documentation, and governance; identify and resolve knowledge gaps. Act as the primary interface with Planning, Sales, Business, and Supply Chain to serve customers efficiently and effectively. Provide back-up support across all businesses within the group and become the go-to person for operational issues. Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders (customers, planners, business, SC, Finance) and build a strong network to meet targets. Ensure compliance with governance and company policies, maintaining work ethic standards. Check and maintain accuracy of Customer Master Data in SAP in collaboration with the Master Data team to ensure correct deliveries, invoicing, and communication. You have/are: College degree preferred or equivalent experience. IT capabilities (SAP, MS Office). Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Customer Service and/or Supply Chain. Fluent in written and verbal English; an additional language from the main country under responsibility is preferred. Strong collaboration, customer focus, and communication skills. Ability to cultivate innovation and demonstrate continuous learning. Understanding of the 'Order to Cash' process and good knowledge of SAP. Interested?
