To accelerate our vision, we're looking for a talented Medior or Senior Designer with a strong ambition to grow into a leadership role. We want someone who brings creative passion, strategic insight, and a desire to lead—someone ready to take the next step in their career by inspiring and mentoring others while driving innovation.

As our Medior/Senior Designer with leadership ambition, you'll play a pivotal role within our creative team. You'll be supported in mentoring junior designers, guiding creative direction, and strategically integrating AI into our design processes.
Contribute exceptional creative work and actively participate in design projects.
Develop your skills to inspire, mentor, and lead team members.
Explore and integrate AI tools into our creative workflow.
Ensure all creative output aligns with industry-leading standards.
Collaborate with developers and strategists to bridge design, AI, and front-end development.
Keep up with emerging design trends, AI innovations, and creative techniques.
Support the creation of compelling creative proposals for new business.
You're a creative thinker ready to step into leadership. You thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment.
You're curious and excited about AI-driven design.
You think strategically, with an eye for user-centric design.
Here's what will help you succeed:
Strong experience in digital design (Photoshop, Figma, Premiere Pro, UX/UI, motion design and immersive 3D environments, with affinity for creative tools like After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, or Maya.
Familiarity with AI-driven design tools (MidJourney, ChatGPT, Runway ML, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly).
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Ability to communicate in Dutch.
Experience preparing and presenting creative pitches.
Recognition through industry awards or notable creative work.
You'll be part of a dynamic team where innovation thrives, and your development into leadership will be fully supported.
