Your Role: Solutions Architect

As a Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in supporting customers across the EMEA region, with a focus on the DACH market. You will serve as a key technical contact, ensuring client satisfaction, refining customer portals, and bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your success will be measured by increased customer satisfaction, and successful upsell initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop deep expertise in the company's technology to help sales teams identify technical needs and craft compelling proof-of-value cases.

Collaborate with the sales team to deliver compelling demo presentations tailored to stakeholders at all levels, from senior management to security analysts.

  • Lead operational initiatives, including product implementation, integrations, support, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the product team, understanding customer pain points and use cases into feedback that shapes our development priorities.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Fluent in English and German (Italian would be a bonus bit not a must have).
  • At least four years of experience in pre-sales or solutions architecture, particularly in SaaS cybersecurity solutions.
  • Strong understanding of offensive cybersecurity, especially web technologies, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to reduce churn, boost customer satisfaction, and drive upsell opportunities.
  • Experience with APIs and CLI tools, with a technical aptitude for handling integrations.
  • Some programming or scripting experience (Python preferred, Golang is a plus) to automate workflows for internal teams and customers.
  • Prior experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
