We are payments nerds who are excited about global changes happening in the payments world and we want and know how to make it better. We are in a very early stage of development and looking for a seasoned software engineer to join our founding team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the technical foundation of a company with immense growth potential. If you're excited about solving big problems and creating something from the ground up, this is the place for you. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3pCollaborate closely with the founding team to define, design, and implement the core product. /ppContribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions, bringing your technical expertise to the table. /ppTake ownership of entire features from conception to deployment, and iterate based on user feedback. /ppSet up and maintain the tech infrastructure, including cloud services, databases, and CI/CD pipelines. /ppSet up data storage solutions and ensure data integrity and security. /ppOptimize system performance and scalability to support a growing user base. /ph3What We’re Looking For /h3p5+ years of experience in backend development with a strong command of Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot). /ppProven experience deploying and managing applications on AWS, utilizing services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and others. /ppHands-on experience with Kubernetes for orchestrating containerized applications in production environments. /ppSolid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and database management (SQL/NoSQL). /ppExperience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). /ppStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and handle ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment. /ppExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. /ppPassion for building efficient and scalable systems from the ground up. /ppStrong sense of ownership and accountability. /ph3Plus /h3pExperience in payment processing or integrating with payment gateways, handling transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. /ph3What’s in It for You /h3pJoin a passionate team of ex-Netflix, Visa, Microsoft veterans at the ground level and shape the company’s technology stack. /ppBe part of the founding team and have a significant impact on the direction of the company. /ppEquity in the company, allowing you to share in the success you help create. /ppFlexible work arrangements and a supportive work environment. /ppWe support and invest in your growth, including covering the cost of relevant courses, certifications, and training programs. /ppEndless opportunities for professional growth as the company scales. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
