This global pioneer in B2B sustainability solutions, serving millions of customers worldwide, is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead a key division within a multi-billion-dollar organisation.

Based in the Netherlands, this role offers the opportunity to shape the direction of the business across multiple regions, working alongside senior leaders to drive targeted growth initiatives and market expansion.

In this position, you will be responsible for designing and executing a commercial marketing strategy that aligns with both global objectives and regional needs. You will partner with regional teams to develop tailored marketing plans, ensuring consistency while adapting to local market dynamics. Additionally, you will spearhead long-term innovation initiatives, collaborating with R&D and commercial teams to bring new projects to market and enhance existing offerings. Your role will also involve overseeing critical functions such as market research, sales forecasting, and pricing strategy to ensure the division's competitive positioning.

We are looking for an accomplished marketing leader with extensive experience in an international B2B environment. You will have a proven track record of delivering impactful marketing strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and supporting sales with effective tools and resources. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to innovate and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth across diverse markets.
