We’re looking for a hands-on Financial Controller to strengthen our Corporate Reporting & Accounting team within Group Finance. Your primary focus will be the financial administration and cost control of the holding entities.
You’ll lead a small team (two Financial Accountants and two Accounts Payable Officers), set a high bar for accuracy and structure, and drive continuous improvement across processes and tooling. This role combines ownership of the numbers with light-touch team leadership.

You’ll work closely with colleagues in FP&A, Tax, and Treasury, shaping robust, group-wide finance processes that support ERIKS’ growth.

ensure timely, accurate submissions and clear variance analysis.
Prepare and coordinate audit deliverables for holding entities; challenge assumptions and improve forecasting quality.
Proactively identify and resolve accounting discrepancies, safeguard data integrity and the control environment.
Play an active role in ongoing finance transformation, for example optimizing Exact and OneStream, standardizing reporting, and simplifying the month-end process.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least five years of relevant experience in finance or audit, including team leadership (coaching, supervising, and developing others).
Solid understanding of accounting principles, with a hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly structured work style.
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systems, preferably Exact. Excellent command of English and a conversational level of Dutch (A2).
