Our client is Europe's leading digital transformation company. They are looking for a number of Privacy Officer/Consultants to join their office in The Randstad

Please note: This is a Dutch speaking Role (full professional level) is required.

Job Description

You play a key role in establishing the privacy department, guiding its policies and vision.

Policy Development and Implementation: You convert the data protection policy into specific internal regulations and ensure they are effectively put into practice.

Advisory Role: You provide expertise in developing policies related to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and broader information security, contributing to their implementation and enhancement.

Regulatory Compliance: You ensure strict adherence to internal codes of conduct and legal requirements, including the GDPR.

Incident Management: You address data incidents, breaches, and conflicts of interest, including reporting to the Dutch Data Protection Authority and board members.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience in privacy and data protection

Strong basic knowledge and experience in information security

Fluent in Dutch (Full professional level)

A HBO or WO diploma

At least one privacy and one information security related certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, CDPO, ISO 27701LA/LI, CISM, CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CSSP, ISO 27001 LA/LI;

Benefits:

Base Salary: 3000 - 6000 per month

30 Vacation Days
