In this role, you set the standard. You make sure every production is a true 10/10 — in both craft and delivery. You lead people, processes, projects, and expectations, working closely with the founder and executive producer.
We've been around for just a year, and you will be the third member of our core team.

About The RoleThe bar is high. That's what our name promises. Not just in the films we deliver, but in how we deliver them. The process should feel just as remarkable as the result. You bring our vision and values to life. You lead production strategy, refine processes, grow the team, oversee productions, and nurture key relationships.
You work with a team of freelance producers and scale when needed. You are the executive producer's right hand. Together, you make sure our productions, team, culture, and growth stay on course.
Your ProfileOur ambition matches yours. You love your work and are ready to build something big with us. You're available full-time and eager to grow and go all-in.
We need someone who will push us to become even better. You bring 8+ years of experience in film, content production, and integrated campaigns, with a proven track record managing complex, high-value projects.
You're an operational leader with a proven production track record.
You understand budgeting, post-production, international teamwork, and new film techniques. You stay calm under pressure and make decisive choices that motivate others. You have a strong network, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset. You're fluent in English, Dutch is a big plus.

For now, you're Head of Production. In quieter moments, you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and produce jobs yourself. Ideally, you grow with us into the role of Managing Director or COO. After 12 months, and with mutual excitement, there's the opportunity to become a partner.
