ppDo you enjoy solving quality issues, improving production processes and working closely with colleagues on the shopfloor? /ppAs a Quality Engineer, you play an important role in maintaining and improving product and process quality within one of our manufacturing departments. You analyze quality performance, investigate deviations and support improvement initiatives to ensure products meet customer requirements and internal standards. /ppWorking in a high-tech semiconductor environment, you collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering and Production to achieve our goal of delivering products right the first time. /pbKey responsibilities include: /bulliMonitoring daily quality performance and identifying improvement opportunities. /liliInvestigating quality issues, performing root cause analyses and supporting the implementation of corrective actions. /liliSupporting production teams in evaluating products with potential quality concerns. /liliReviewing rejection reports and ensuring follow-up actions are completed. /liliParticipating in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing scrap and improving process performance. /liliAssisting with New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and quality-related validations. /liliPerforming product and process audits and supporting follow-up actions. /liliCreating and updating quality standards, work instructions and visual quality criteria. /liliTraining and coaching operators on quality requirements and best practices. /liliWorking closely with Production, Process Engineering and Equipment Engineering to improve product quality and process reliability. /li /ulpFor this role, it is important that you enjoy working in a dynamic manufacturing environment and have a natural curiosity to understand why problems occur and how to prevent them in the future. /ppYou combine analytical thinking with a practical hands-on approach and are comfortable communicating with colleagues at all levels of the organization. /ppYou bring: /pulliA Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or another technical discipline. /liliExperience in a quality, manufacturing or engineering environment. /liliFamiliarity with quality methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, MSA or Lean Six Sigma. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliThe ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. /liliA proactive mindset and a strong focus on continuous improvement. /liliGood communication skills in English.
