Red Team Penetration Tester (Contractor) - 6 Month Engagement

The Red Team Penetration Tester will focus exclusively on offensive security operations. This

role involves executing comprehensive penetration tests to proactively identify vulnerabilities,

simulate realistic threat scenarios, and provide actionable remediation recommendations to

strengthen overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough penetration testing activities to discover and exploit vulnerabilities

across the organization's platforms and infrastructure.

• Engage with internal and customer teams to simulate real-world attacks and assess

preparedness.

• Provide detailed penetration testing reports with clear remediation guidance.

• Mentor internal security staff on penetration testing methodologies and best practices.

• Maintain minimal operational disruptions through effective planning and execution of

tests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or

equivalent experience).

• 8-10 years in cybersecurity, specializing in penetration testing and vulnerability

exploitation.

• Proven expertise in offensive security and testing methodologies (e.g., TIBER-EU,

PTES).

• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSCP, OSCE, GPEN preferred).

• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively mentor team members.
