In de rol van Remote Support Engineer biedt je klanten ondersteuning bij vragen over onze machinelijnen en help je hen telefonisch met het oplossen van storingen. Dankzij jouw ervaring en technische kennis weet je snel de juiste oplossingen te bieden. Beantwoordt vragen en biedt ondersteuning via chat, telefoon en e-mail.
Lost storingen op afstand op en denkt mee over preventieve maatregelen.
Zorgt met jouw klantgerichte communicatie voor een uitstekende indruk.
Analyseert problemen en schakelt waar nodig met interne teams voor een structurele oplossing.
Jij bent een servicegerichte professional met een scherp technisch inzicht. Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding in Elektrotechniek of Mechatronica.
Kennis van PLC-software (bij voorkeur Siemens of Mitsubishi), of je bent bereid dit te leren.
Een goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Duits is een pre.
Een zelfstandige, nauwkeurige en proactieve werkhouding.
Flexibele werktijden, met in overleg de mogelijkheid om één dag thuis te werken.
