We deliver the graphene solution The Role We are looking for a driven Program Manager to support and strengthen our growing portfolio of initiatives, with a particular emphasis on our innovative Graphene programs. This role will help create the foundation for effective collaboration and operational clarity across the organization. You will contribute to building a well-structured environment where teams can work efficiently, make informed decisions, and stay aligned with strategic priorities. xfgnyzt The ideal candidate brings strong organizational capabilities, clear communication skills, and a passion for enabling teams to do their best work in a fast-moving, evolving setting To join our team, you should be excited to Lead and manage a variety of internal programs and projects, with an initial exclusive focus on Graphene initiatives Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of all Graphene project milestones Structure and optimize organizational tools, systems, and processes to support local team requirements Prioritize, plan, and manage the rollout of new procedures, updates, and organizational improvements Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to identify risks, escalate issues, and maintain alignment with organizational goals Drive adoption and champion the use of PMO toolsets and best practices Enhance data management processes and improve information sharing across the organization Your Qualifications Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving start-up environment Strong organizational mindset with solid understanding of standard PMS/BOS systems and operational frameworks. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with high attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required, with Dutch considered an asset Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related discipline Familiarity with business operating systems and key system interfaces Working knowledge of data management practices and emerging AI tools
