Dutch speaking Financial Administrator

Octagon Professionals is looking for an Business Controller to support the Program Management Support Office in the directorate of CSC at ESTEC, in Noordwijk. The Business control support service consists of administrative support to internal cost, financial analytics and manpower related tasks.

The service is based in ESTEC in Noordwijk, the NL and supports remotely the site of ECSAT in UK.

Support the implementation of Purchase Orders or Contracts-related objects and Procure to Pay business control-related objects;
Support to cost checking for IT equipment/Software;
Support to internal audits and quality management system audit preparation;
Support to Dashboards in Power BI, covering technical support, visualization and general user training.

A minimum education – Bachelor's degree in business subjects. Proficiency in the use of MS Office Software, Power BI and Business Objects;
High capacity to interact and communicate with international teams, technical and business domains;
Highly proficient in communication in English (written and oral);
Ability to act independently, as well as in a team;
Yearly subscription to the ESTEC gym facilities and a swimming pool.
