These are considered long term contracts, and have the opportunity to extend for many years at a time.

About the Role:

As a Scrum Master at this cutting-edge technology company, you'll be at the heart of our agile transformation, fostering high-performing DevOps teams dedicated to delivering cutting-edge IAM solutions. You'll be a natural facilitator, coach, and mentor, driving continuous improvement and ensuring our teams achieve their full potential.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Servant Leadership: Embody the principles of servant leadership, building and maintaining trusting relationships with your teams.
  • Agile Coaching: Guide and coach one or two agile teams to elevate their agile and DevOps maturity, focusing on mutual respect, transparency, and recognition.
  • Facilitation & Support: Organize and facilitate all Scrum events, removing impediments and ensuring teams stay focused on delivering value.
  • PI Commitment & Run Responsibilities: Help teams balance "run responsibilities" with the delivery of PI commitments as part of "change."
  • Automation & Coordination: Relentlessly stimulate automation of repetitive activities and ensure seamless coordination between teams within the Agile Release Train (ART).
  • Quality & Accountability: Ensure teams adhere to guardrails and the Definition of Done, fostering a culture of accountability for technical excellence.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive relentless process and technical improvement, acting as a catalyst for growth and innovation.

Your Team:

You'll join our dynamic IAM domain, a team of best-in-class professionals passionate about delivering automated Directory, IGA, AM, PAM, and Cryptography solutions. Our ART comprises approximately 8 DevOps teams, a vibrant mix of young talent and seasoned specialists, all focused on delivering exceptional business value.

Who We're Looking For:

  • A seasoned SAFe evangelist with a deep understanding of agile principles.
  • A strategic and systems thinker who thrives in a complex and ever-changing environment.
  • An influential communicator who can drive change and inspire team members and stakeholders.
  • A highly motivated, self-starting individual with a strong work ethic and excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Someone with a positive energy, and sensitivity to the needs of people and teams in an international culture.
  • Someone who can work effectively under minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

  • PSM/CSM I certification is mandatory.
  • MSc. degree in Information Technology, Data Science, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Multiple years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile/SAFe environment.
  • Multi-year experience in IT within a corporate organization.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with Identity and Access Management (a plus).
  • PSM II or A-CSM is preferred.
  • Agile and or SAFe and other leadership certifications are preferred.
  • A valid work permit for The Netherlands is a must.
