Job Title: Program Manager - Payment Compliance Operation

Location: Amsterdam, NLD

Job Type: Full-time contract, 12 months

Summary:

• Self starter - an ability to structure a project from scratch, understanding the challenges and opportunities with limited leadership support

• Willingness to dive deep into the processes and policies to make significant efficiency and experience improvement.

• Business acumen - being able to understand the business and the wider economic environment and make decisions/recommendations accordingly

• Data analytics - be able to understand and digest data sets, build a story using data insights and present back recommendations to LT

• Strategic thinking - challenge the status quo, always interrogate the outcomes and ask ‘why’, ‘so what’ in order to understand the root cause or the opportunities a situation might present.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on the design, and own optimization and operation of payments compliance (aka AML) processes.

• Leverage data insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.

• Balance priorities across markets to reduce costs, improve quality, while remaining customer centric.

• Lead a wide range of projects, from product and tool rollouts to policy or operational changes.

• Build trust among cross-functional stakeholders and secure necessary resources.

• Create governance models to address complex, cross-functional challenges, and ensure consistent progress towards business goals.

• Manage a team of incredibly talented program specialists, coach and enable their development while supporting them in advancing our business.

Required:

• 6+ years of management experience in support operations, policy deployment, and/or project management.

• Ability to articulate complex processes and operations in a structured manner.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to use data to tell compelling stories.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proven track record of handling ambiguity.

• Passion for creating outstanding experiences for Client customers.

• Comfortable working in a distributed, diverse, and cross-functional environment.

Core Competencies:

• Strong strategic program management skills.

• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.

• Proven executional excellence, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Experience in scaled or regional customer support operations is a plus.
