As our new Xurrent Application Administrator, you'll become a key member of our Business Systems team, working at the heart of a major transformation. Xurrent (4me) is our new internal service management platform, designed to streamline operations and elevate the support we provide to our clients.
In this role, you won't just be maintaining a system—you'll be shaping how over 300 colleagues in our Managed Services team interact with it daily. As a Xurrent Application Administrator at HSO, you will play a pivotal role in our dedicated IT team and responsible for configuring and maintaining the Xurrent Service Management Platform. You will collaborate with business owners to implement new services and ensure up-to-date documentation and training for users.
User and Role Management: Oversee the creation, modification, and management of user accounts and roles to ensure secure and efficient access control.
Affinity with IT and experience in configuring web applications
Analytical, eager to learn, and a team player.
