As they continue to expand, they are looking for a German-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support the growth in the DACH region. If you're a proactive, ambitious individual eager to contribute to a fast-moving scale-up, this is the opportunity for you

Your Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) , you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to drive the company's growth by identifying and qualifying new opportunities. You will act as the bridge between marketing sales teams, ensuring that only the most promising leads are passed on for further discussions.

Your main responsibilities include:

Prospecting & Lead Qualification


• Engage with potential customers through personalized outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.


• Identify the right decision-makers within target companies and assess their needs.


• Qualify leads to ensure they align with the solution and are ready for a deeper sales conversation.

Sales Enablement & Strategy


• Maintain and update prospect information in the CRM (HubSpot) to ensure data accuracy.


• Provide feedback to the marketing team on which channels generate the best-qualified leads.


• Support outbound campaigns by executing targeted outreach strategies.

Building Relationships & Market Awareness


• Leverage existing marketing content to nurture prospects and maintain engagement.


• Occasionally represent the company at industry events and trade shows.


• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to position the solution effectively.

Your Profile

Experience & Background : Ideally, you have previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.

Languages : Native-level German and fluent English (additional languages are a plus).

Mindset & Skills : You are proactive, resilient, and goal-oriented with a strong hunter mentality . You enjoy challenges and are motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.

Commercial Acumen : You can handle objections with confidence, understand customer pain points, and articulate the value of a solution effectively.

Tech-Savvy : Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach platforms is a plus.

Bonus Points : If you have experience in writing compelling email copy or blog content, that's a great asset
