You will work as a Data Manager for one of our clients with a special focus on your own development through one of our Talent Programs.

Your activities as a Data Manager
You will be responsible for organising, storing and analysing data as efficiently as possible, while upholding security and quality standards. Understanding the data needs of your stakeholders and informing them regularly is at the core of this position. This includes organising stakeholder meetings to discuss and present project results and follow-up actions, as well as preparing management reports and presentations to senior management regarding progress and data quality issues.
On one of your potential assignments, you will contribute to a large-scale regulatory data transformation program within a leading international financial institution. In this role, you will help shape and monitor the organisation's data initiatives and ensure that data is managed as a true strategic asset. You will work closely with senior management and data specialists to enhance transparency, governance, and control across global data domains.
Supporting data leadership in overseeing a portfolio of data initiatives;
Helping to develop and maintain an integrated data roadmap;
Monitoring portfolio performance, including financials, KPIs, KRIs and regulatory milestones;
Analysing portfolio data to deliver insights on risks, progress, and outcomes;
Ensuring alignment of data initiatives with business priorities and global standards;
In addition, your general Data Manager responsibilities include:
Implementing data quality checks, developing data quality dashboards, and monitoring data quality KPIs in Excel, Power BI or other tools;
Investigating and documenting dataflows and data lineage;
Analysing data sets and systems to identify and resolve data quality issues;
Performing trend analyses to guarantee data completeness and accuracy;
Visualizing data through interactive dashboards.
