The role supports strategic initiatives such as capacity expansion, new product introductions, and long‑term process optimization. /p pbResponsibilities /b /p ul liAnalyze and interpret data from multiple sources to evaluate process performance and identify improvement opportunities. /li liMonitor line output and investigate deviations or trends to ensure quality and efficiency standards. /li liCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and lead initiatives for process optimization using LEAN, Six Sigma, and other tools. /li liLead or support projects related to capacity increases, new product launches, and strategic process changes. /li liAssist in scenario planning and data‑driven decision‑making for long‑term process improvements. /li liEvaluate the impact of technological or regulatory changes on current processes and propose adjustments accordingly. /li /ul pbRequirements /b /p ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience. /li liProven experience in industrial engineering, performance improvement, or operational excellence within a manufacturing environment. /li liFamiliarity with regulated environments such as GMP and GDP. /li liStrong analytical skills, with experience in problem‑solving methodologies like Six Sigma or Root Cause Analysis. /li liProficiency in data analysis tools and digital solutions. /li /ul pbOther Information /b /p pApply to our vacancy for more information.
