pWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Supervisor to oversee the company’s financial management and control activities. The role focuses on financial monitoring, accounts receivable and payable management, payment and approval processes, financial reporting analysis, and annual budgeting. /ppThe ideal candidate has strong financial analysis and management skills, good business understanding, and the ability to work closely with management and different departments. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliOversee and coordinate accounts receivable and accounts payable activities, including payment tracking and collection follow-up. /liliReview and confirm incoming payments and ensure timely reconciliation with relevant business transactions. /liliMonitor outstanding receivables and payables and provide regular updates to management. /liliReview and manage financial approval processes to ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls. /liliReview payment applications, expense requests, contracts, and other financial-related approval documents. /liliAnalyze financial reports, identify key financial trends and potential risks, and provide insights to management. /liliPrepare regular financial analysis and management reports to support business decision-making. /liliLead the preparation of the annual budget, including budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis. /liliMonitor actual performance against the approved budget and identify significant deviations. /liliWork closely with business departments to improve budget control and financial efficiency. /liliSupport cash flow monitoring and financial planning. /liliEstablish and improve financial management procedures and internal control processes. /liliCoordinate with external accountants, auditors, banks, and other financial service providers when required. /liliProvide financial advice and support to management on business and operational decisions. /liliPerform other finance-related tasks and projects assigned by management. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. /lili5+ years of relevant experience in finance, financial management, or a similar position. /liliExperience in financial analysis, budgeting, accounts receivable/payable management, and internal control. /liliStrong understanding of financial management principles and business operations. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. /liliGood communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with different departments. /liliStrong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and integrity. /liliAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities. /liliFluent in Chinese and English. /liliExperience in the automotive industry or retail industry is an advantage. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
