ppThis is a senior leadership role where you can shape how Data and AI drive real commercial impact. You will sit at the intersection of technology and business, building scalable data products and AI solutions that support end to end decision making across commercial functions. Data and AI are seen as core enablers of commercial performance, customer experience, and operational excellence. The organisation invests heavily in modern cloud platforms, advanced analytics, and applied AI, with a clear ambition to scale reusable data products across the business. /p h3The Role /h3 pYou will lead the Data and AI product capability for Commercial Operations, working closely with business leaders and a central platform team. /p ul liDefining and executing the Data and AI IT strategy for commercial functions such as marketing, sales, service, and logistics. /li liDirect line management to 3-6 engineers (Data AI) /li liLeading the delivery of cross functional Data and AI use cases that generate measurable business value. /li liBuilding and managing a high performing team of engineers, providing technical leadership, coaching, and clear delivery direction. /li liDriving the design of interoperable data products that integrate seamlessly with a global data platform. /li liEstablishing strong governance, architecture standards, and delivery processes to ensure quality, security, and compliance. /li liActing as a connector between business stakeholders and central IT, ensuring alignment on roadmaps, priorities, and ways of working. /li liPromoting data literacy and AI adoption through enablement, training, and community building. /li /ul h3Your Skills and Experience /h3 ul liStrong commercial experience delivering Data and AI solutions in complex, enterprise environments. /li liDeep understanding of modern data platforms, analytics architectures, and AI or machine learning solutions. /li liPractical experience with cloud based data and AI ecosystems and scalable integration patterns. /liliProven ability to lead and develop technical teams while managing multiple stakeholders. /li liConfidence influencing senior business and IT leaders and translating strategy into delivery. /li liA senior leadership role with real ownership over Data and AI products. /li liThe opportunity to shape a scalable, enterprise wide data ecosystem. /li liClear scope for professional growth within a data driven, international organisation. /li /ul h3How to Apply /h3 pIf you are looking to lead impactful Data and AI initiatives in a commercial environment, apply now to find out more. /
