Each project is unique and demands state-of-the-art equipment and experienced professionals for safe and efficient execution. As an Assistant Group Controller, you will contribute to the development and implementation of group-level policies and financial process improvements, enhance our risk and control framework. You will work with regional finance teams to align group-wide processes, oversee master data management, and support financial closing processes for assigned entities. This position demands a proactive, analytical thinker with strong project management skills and a keen eye for optimizing financial and administrative processes on an international scale.

Leverage Power BI for data analysis and reporting enhancements within the data warehouse.
Initiate and contribute to the development of group policies, procedures, and financial manuals.
Lead financial process improvement projects to increase efficiency and ensure alignment across the organization.
Manage and maintain master data to ensure accuracy and consistency across global systems.
Administer user access for group-wide financial applications, provide support, and contribute to system improvements.
Oversee parts of the financial administration and monthly/annual closing activities for assigned entities.
Collaborate with finance teams across regions to standardize processes and reporting requirements.
Support investment project analysis, manage expense claims, and assist with various financial projects during peak periods.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably in an international or group-level role.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with Power BI or similar data tools; Excellent command of spoken and written English, with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, handle complex data tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
