Learn more at /ppWe are searching for the best talent for /ph3You will be responsible for: /h3ulliAnalyze product and process requirements (materials, quality, EHS) and perform risk and root cause analysis. /liliDevelop and improve product designs, processes, equipment, test methods, and procedures; define technical requirements. /liliPlan and execute validation and verification studies, including test plans, protocols, data analysis, and issue resolution. /liliImplement new or modified products and processes, author SOPs, protocols, risk assessments, and train employees. /liliParticipate in project planning, design reviews, and gate reviews; report progress and close projects per effectiveness checks /liliMaintain compliance with cGMP, ISO standards; update procedures, support audits, and resolve CAPAs/NCRs. /liliCollaborate with Operations, QA, and Manufacturing Engineering to support implementation and design transfer. /li /ulh3Qualifications / Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's preferred. /liliMinimum 2-4 years in product and process development within a regulated industry (medical device or pharma). /liliHands-on experience with validation, verification, and compliance activities (cGMP, ISO). /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with risk analysis and root cause methodologies. /liliProficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Microsoft Teams. /liliProficient in applying of statistical methodologies and analysis using Minitab. /liliProficiency in English. /li /ulh3Preferred specific knowledge and skills /h3ulliAnalysis of datasets using Python or MatLab. /liliDesigning 3D models using SolidWorks. /liliExperience in rapid prototyping techniques using 3D printing. /liliProficient in the use of Microsoft Project. /liliVerbal and written proficiency in Dutch. /liliSix Sigma Certified Green Belt / Black Belt. /liliKnowledge in high precision machining (lathing and milling). /liliKnowledge in high precision injection molding. /li /ulh3Required Skills /h3pAgile Decision Making, Collaboration, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Problem Solving, Process Engineering /ph3Preferred Skills /h3pAnalytical Reasoning, Coaching, Computerized Equipment Skills, Emerging Technologies, Engineering, Gemba Kaizen, Mechanical Equipments, Process Control, Process Oriented, Product Improvements, Purchasing, Research and Development, SAP Product Lifecycle Management, Situational Awareness, Teamwork, Technical Research, Technologically Savvy /ph3Salary /h3pThe anticipated base pay range for this position is: €53,500.00
