Support the preparation of the project cost control system (CCS) by analyzing tender details and project requirements.
Conduct site measurements with Construction and Planning Teams, ensuring compliance with contractual procedures (if applicable).
Ensure timely submission of claims and notices as required under the contract terms.
Attend monthly commercial and subcontractor meetings to provide updates and insights.
Prepare and manage pre- and post-contract correspondence in consultation with the Project Manager/Director.
Identify whether material purchases align with the project scope or constitute variations to the budget.
Oversee payments to subcontractors and suppliers by reviewing submissions against contractual agreements.
Collaborate closely with the Finance Department on project financials and reporting.
Resolve disputes with clients and subcontractors to maintain smooth project progress.
Prepare detailed reports on commercial and contractual matters for the Project and Commercial Managers.
Data Centre experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
